Dan Sodickson is an accomplished imager, physicist, and biomedical engineer who has dedicated their career to advancing proactive health. They served as the President of the International Society for Magnetic Resonance in Medicine from 2017 to 2018 and currently hold the position of Chief of Innovation in the Department of Radiology at New York University Grossman School of Medicine, a role they began in 2022. With a robust background in research and leadership, Dan has also been a faculty member at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center and is currently the Chief Medical Scientist at Function Health. Dan earned a PhD in Medical Physics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an MD from Harvard Medical School, reflecting a strong foundation in both science and medicine.
