Staci Dubovik

Staci Dubovik is a seasoned professional in product management and UX design, currently serving as a Board Member and Director of Mentorships and Recruiter Relations for the Boston Product Management Association since January 2024. Staci's past roles include Product UX Director at Functional Finance, focusing on automating money movement and creating user-friendly interfaces, as well as Product Director at Emergn, where responsibility included executing learning strategies and leading cross-functional teams. Staci has also contributed to Vistaprint as an Enterprise Transformation Coach, enhancing agile maturity within teams, and held a position as Sr. UX Consultant at Putnam Investments, co-inventing a web-based tool for retirement healthcare cost analysis. Staci holds a BA in Art Studio and Graphic Design from the University of Maryland and a Regents Degree in 3D modeling and illustration from White Plains High School.
