Currently serving as the Director of the Recompete Initiative at the Fund for Our Economic Future, Orlando has previously held positions such as Manager of Career Coaches at The Centers for Families and Children, President and Chief Executive Officer of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Lorain County, Inc., Executive Director at Life Exchange Center, and Ward 7 Community Center Director at Burten Bell Carr Development Inc.
