Dagmara Hubert-Brown

Dagmara Hubert-Brown is an experienced finance professional currently serving as Portfolio Manager at the Fund for the City of New York since March 2022, where responsibilities include budget development for 14 non-profit organizations and managing financial reporting for funders. Previously, Dagmara held key financial roles at the New York City Housing Authority as a Financial Planning Associate, and at the NYC Mayor's Office of Management and Budget as a Senior/Supervising Financial Analyst, focusing on capital budgets and infrastructure projects. Additional experience includes positions at Downtown Capital Partners and the Consulate General of the Republic of Poland in New York.
