Alex Goodwin

Alexander Goodwin is a seasoned finance professional with a robust background in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Upright since May 2022, Alexander also holds the title of VP of Finance. Previous experience includes a position as Budget Analyst at the Defense Security Cooperation Agency and significant financial leadership roles at Fund That Flip, Inc., including SVP of Finance & Accounting. Alexander's career began at Capital Group | American Funds, where roles included Strategic Financial Analyst. Military experience includes serving as a Captain in the United States Marine Corps. Alexander holds an M.B.A. from UCLA Anderson School of Management, a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, and a Master of Accounting from the University of Southern California.
