Hendrik Jan Visser

Hendrik Jan Visser is an experienced technology professional with a diverse background in software development, architecture, and project management. Currently serving as a Security & Privacy Advisor, Head of Architecture, and Lead Senior Developer at funda since June 2012, Hendrik Jan has a strong focus on security and privacy issues in software solutions. As the founder of RealityNet, the largest Dutch community fan site for reality series, and with extensive leadership roles at TradeTracker.com, including Lead Platform Architect and CTO, Hendrik Jan has demonstrated expertise in software research and development. Previous experience includes co-founding Simple Machines LLC, where development of one of the world's most popular open-source forum software occurred, as well as various roles in development and research across multiple companies. Hendrik Jan holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from the University of Twente.
