Julian Lorenzo Farrapeira

Julian Lorenzo Farrapeira is the Founder and CEO of Wellbeing Leadership, which focuses on developing human-centered leaders to enhance organizational wellbeing. As a Professor of Wellbeing & Leadership Development at FAAP, Julian contributes to the Postgraduate Program, and co-authors the book "Emerging Coaching: Positive Psychology for a New Leadership," promoting modern leadership strategies. With prior experience as the People Business Partner Leader for LATAM at Mercado Libre and Head of HR LATAM at ArcTouch, Julian has a strong background in leadership development, organizational culture, and employee engagement. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Universidad Intercontinental de la Empresa and further studies in HR strategy and change management.
