Ariana Paz

Ariana Paz has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in marketing, fundraising, and communications. Ariana began their career at Union Radio as a Production Assistant and later worked as a Promotions Coordinator and Producer. Ariana then moved on to the Alcaldía de Chacao as a Project Manager before becoming the Digital Communications Manager for Leopoldo López's office. Afterward, they joined JoinUp Green Intelligence as a Communications Manager. Following that, they worked as a Marketing and Fundraising Specialist at Fundación Ared. Ariana also had their own freelance business called Paz Comunicación, where they provided communication and marketing services to various clients. Later, they joined Intress as a Communications Specialist, where they organized an international congress and provided support to the Communications Department. Currently, they are serving as the Marketing and Fundraising Director at Fundación Adsis.

Ariana Paz has a diverse education history. Ariana completed a program in NGO Direction and Management at Esade from 2021 to 2022. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's degree in Management and Communications for Social Organizations from Universitat Abat Oliba CEU from 2011 to 2012, and a Master's degree in Cultural Studies from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona from 2010 to 2011. Ariana also holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications from Universidad Central de Venezuela, which they earned from 2003 to 2008.

In addition to their formal education, Ariana Paz has obtained several certifications. Ariana completed the "Leading with Emotional Intelligence" and "Professional Networking" courses through LinkedIn in February 2017 and January 2017, respectively. Furthermore, they obtained a "Certificado de Locución Radial" from Universidad Central de Venezuela in November 2009.
