Trinidad Montes Silva

Trinidad Montes Silva currently serves as a partner at Red Directiva since March 2023 and has an extensive background in educational development and advisory roles. Activating participation in various organizations, Trinidad has been a council member and director at Fundación Astoreca since March 2014, contributing to multiple initiatives, including the Education of Character program. Trinidad holds an advisory position at Design for Change Chile and was previously on the board of Fundación Villa María and Fundación CMPC. Trinidad's professional journey also includes experience with the Agencia de Calidad de la Educación and teaching assignments at Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez.
