Ana de las Heras has extensive experience in labor orientation, particularly focused on supporting women affected by gender-based violence and transgender women, providing job search guidance and conducting skills workshops. Since October 2008, Ana has worked at Fundación Federico Ozanam in various roles, including labor consultant and self-employment technician. Additional experience includes serving as an online course instructor at IEFEF and administrative roles at EIS. Ana's background in labor management was further developed at Mito Consulting. Academically, Ana holds a degree in Psychology from Universitat Oberta de Catalunya and a diploma in Labor Relations from Facultad Estudios Sociales.
