Oriana Vinasco

Oriana Vinasco is a dedicated researcher with extensive experience in peacebuilding, social innovation, and human rights in Colombia. Currently serving as a researcher at Fundación Ideas para la Paz since February 2020, Vinasco previously held a role as an advisor on peace and reconciliation at the Oficina del Alto Comisionado para la Paz, where support was provided for the implementation of the Final Peace Agreement. Vinasco has also contributed to various organizations, including tutoring at the Escuela Alto Gobierno for the Corporación Manos Visibles and advising on human rights at the Ministerio del Interior. With a strong academic background that includes a Doctorate in Knowledge and Culture in Latin America, a Master's in Social Sciences and Politics, and a degree in Anthropology, Vinasco has a rich foundation in addressing social issues and fostering development in vulnerable communities.
