Bruno Coutinho

Bruno Coutinho serves as the Country Manager for the Incorpora Program at Fundación ”la Caixa” since June 2023. Prior to this role, Bruno was a Guest Lecturer at Instituto Superior de Contabilidade e Administração do Porto, focusing on Human Resources Economics and Personal Development. Experience includes positions as Partner and Senior Project Manager at Coatl, Trainer for the European Anti Poverty Network Portugal, Researcher at CEOS.PP, and volunteer staff at A3S. Consulting roles featured work on evaluations for the Higher Education Support Programme UNI.AO and the United Nations Sustainable Development Cooperation Framework. Bruno holds degrees in Sociology from Universidade de Coimbra and Universidade do Porto, and has further qualifications in Social Project Management and Public Policies Evaluation from Iscte - Instituto Universitário de Lisboa.
