Sílvia Cufí

Sílvia Cufí currently serves as the Chief Innovation and Strategy Officer - Medical at Leitat Technological Center, a position held since October 2021. Cufí is also a member of the International Expert Panel and mentor at Fundación "la Caixa", while concurrently lecturing at multiple institutions including UOC, UB, Blanquerna, EUSES, and UdG since September 2014. Additionally, Cufí contributes as a mentor at STEM TALENT GIRL and has been involved in various working groups and advisory boards focused on health and technology, including the ICT WOMEN working group at CTECNO and the Scientific Advisory Committee for the Sistema de Salut de Catalunya. Cufí’s previous experience includes corporate direction at Fundació TIC Salut Social and innovation management at Fundació Clínic per a la Recerca Biomèdica. Cufí holds an extensive educational background with degrees in Biomedicine, Health Services Management, and a Master’s in Laboratory Animal Science and Welfare, complemented by senior management training from IESE Business School.
