Fabian Arce

Fabian Arce has over 17 years of experience in technical operations and support, currently serving as the Director of Technical Operations TT at Foundever since December 2006. Previous roles at Foundever include Cisco TAC Technical Operations Manager and Operations Supervisor, as well as management of various teams within Cisco TAC. Additionally, Fabian has been an Instructor de formación técnica at Fundación Omar Dengo since February 2017, specializing in COMPTIA A+ and CCNA Routing and Switching. Educational qualifications include a degree from Instituto Tecnologico de Cartago, certifications in CCNA Routing and Switching, and training in Linux Server Administration, SharePoint, and Excel for Supervisors, completed in 2012.
