Álvaro Galán Floría

Álvaro Galán Floría currently serves as Técnico experto and Coordinador del Proyecto Alianzas con el Talento at Fundación ONCE / Inserta, focusing on resources and training for young people with disabilities to enhance their job search efficacy. Since May 2015, Álvaro has also worked as a Conferenciante y Dinamizador for Trainers Paralímpicos, and has engaged in various speaking roles since October 2006 to promote themes of perseverance, integration, and competitiveness in corporate and educational environments. Álvaro's leadership experience includes serving as Presidente for both ASPACE Madrid and the Federación Madrileña de Deportes de Parálisis Cerebral y Daño Cerebral Adquirido. Educational qualifications encompass multiple specialized degrees, including an Experto en Mindfulness and a Master's in Psychology of Physical Activity and Sport.
