Cristina Arias Serna

Cristina Arias Serna is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human capital management and institutional culture, currently serving as the General Adviser of Human Capital and Institutional Culture at ONCE since January 2010, in addition to being the Vice President of the Territorial Council of Andalucía ONCE. Cristina has held various leadership roles in multiple organizations, such as a trustee at Fundación ONCE / Inserta and FOAL, and previously served as a council advisor for Ilunion Facility Services. Educational qualifications include advanced studies in talent management and leadership from IESE Business School, a Master's degree in Marketing from ESIC Business & Marketing School, and a Bachelor's degree in Advertising and Public Relations from the Universidad de Sevilla, complemented by additional certifications in equality and social responsibility.
