Àngels Arrazola has a strong background in communication, with experience in various companies and industries. Àngels is currently serving as the Communication Director at Fundació Pasqual Maragall. Previously, they worked at Boehringer Ingelheim for nine years as the Communication Manager, where they led the strategy and implementation of corporate communication and Animal Health. Àngels also played a crucial role in the transformational process to an omnichannel model and the implementation of social media. Additionally, they were responsible for therapeutic areas communication and educational campaigns for the general public. Prior to that, Àngels worked at weber Sandwick as an Account Director, leading a consultant communication team and handling international and national clientship relations in the health arena. Àngels has also held the position of Account Director at HKStrategies, where they managed communication projects for various companies in the health, beauty, and retail sectors. Throughout their career, Àngels has been involved in crisis management, product launches, educational campaigns, and other communication-related activities.

Àngels Arrazola has a diverse education history. In 1989 to 1995, they attended Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Communication. In 1999, they studied Journalism at Pompeu Fabra for a year. In 2013 to 2014, Àngels pursued a Corporate Master of Business Administration at Esade. Àngels then enrolled in EADA Business School in 2019, specializing in Brands and new mass media for a brief period. In the same year, they also attended ESIC Business & Marketing School, where they completed a Postgraduate in Digital Marketing. Àngels pursued further education in Digital Marketing at ESIC Business & Marketing School in 2019 and 2020. Moreover, they obtained a certification in Negotiation Skills from Scotwork in June 2017.
