Kurt Roll Andrade

Kurt Roll Andrade is a professional with a strong background in management, finance, and training, currently serving as a Profesional Unidad Gestión con el Medio y Fondos at Fundación PRODEMU since November 2022, where responsibilities include designing and executing gender and diversity training programs. Previously, Kurt worked as a Project Manager at Empresas La Polar S.A., where a program to improve sales training was developed, and held roles in operations and sales, demonstrating entrepreneurship through the creation of a jewelry sales project with ELIZ.
