Carmen Salcedo

Carmen Salcedo holds Ph.D. in Social and Cultural Anthropology, since 1992 she has designed and developed educational and social projects focused on the inclusion of vulnerable groups, methodological innovation, and cultural promotion. She has developed her experience in Spain and 13 Latin American countries through NGOs, business foundations, and public administrations. She is currently Director of Research and Educational Projects at UpSocial.
