Diego Antonio Tella

Diego Antonio Tella is an experienced hospitality professional currently serving as Club Manager and formerly as Assistant Club Manager at Fundamental Hospitality since April 2022. With a strong background in customer service and a passion for exceeding expectations, Tella has demonstrated expertise across various establishments, including nightclubs and fine dining restaurants. Prior experience includes working as a Senior Bartender during the opening of Alaya restaurant in DIFC Dubai, where responsibilities included bar menu design and management of the Alaya Restaurant lounge LyLa. Additionally, Tella currently works as a Mixologist and Bar Supervisor at Soul Beach Club Dubai, where innovative cocktail menus and a new bar management system have led to increased sales and profits, as well as experience managing large events. Education includes training from the Cuban Bartender Association.
