Jonathan Jaggard has extensive experience in the real estate sector, currently serving as a Senior Associate at Fundamental Income since July 2020, where responsibilities include executing investment strategies, underwriting acquisitions, conducting market research, and supporting portfolio valuation. Prior to this role, Jonathan was a Real Estate Valuation Associate at KPMG, focusing on valuation analyses and financial modeling across various asset classes. Additional experience includes leadership roles in the Commercial Real Estate Workshop and engagement in various internships, including positions at Harrison Street Real Estate Capital and Universal Studios. Jonathan holds a degree from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University and has a strong foundation in financial analysis, collaboration, and project management.
