Rachel Levin

Rachel Levin serves as the President of Philanthropy at The Hearthland Foundation since 2019 and has been the President of Fundamental Inc., a boutique philanthropic and political consulting firm, since 2013. With a background as a Partner at Tabankin/Levin from 2010 to 2013 and as a Program Officer/Vice President at Margery Tabankin and Associates from 1994 to 2009, Rachel Levin possesses extensive experience in philanthropy and strategic giving. Educational credentials include a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Pennsylvania, participation as a Public Policy Fellow at the Coro Foundation, and studies at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
