Jyl McLaughlin

Jyl McLaughlin has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the recruiting and career consulting fields. Jyl currently serves as the Global Director of Recruiting and Delivery at Funded.club, where they oversee recruiting processes for multiple regions and builds a recruiting team. Prior to this, they worked at MoJo Careers as a Consultant, providing career transition coaching and consulting services to individuals and partnering with small businesses for outplacement and candidate recruiting. Jyl also worked at Integrated Talent Solutions LLC as a Career Consultant, providing outplacement support and career coaching. Jyl has experience as an Outplacement Consultant and Career Consultant at Intoo USA, where they supported professionals in career transitions and advised on job search strategies. Jyl has also held roles at John Carroll University, Northeastern University, Emmanuel College, Jewish Vocational Services-Boston, and New England School of Law, where they worked in career services, counseling, and web management. Jyl's expertise lies in career coaching, recruiting, outplacement, and HR support.

Jyl McLaughlin's education history includes a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology from Denison University and a Master of Education (M.Ed.) degree in Community Counseling from Kent State University.
