Ray Gibson

Ray Gibson has a strong background in recruiting and HR, with experience in various roles and companies. Ray is currently the Founder & CEO of Funded.club, where they help founders recruit and grow their teams. Ray is also an Advisor to Management at Supernova, providing support in sales, recruiting, and HR strategy. Previously, they worked as a Mentor and Recruiter at WeTravel, a payment and booking platform for tour operators. Prior to that, they were the Co-founder & CEO of Bizzy Labs, a recruiting platform for hospitality and retail. Ray also served as a Senior Recruiter at Zeebra Resource Solutions, where they won and delivered successful projects for tech clients. Earlier in their career, they held the position of HR Director at Interoute Czech and was the Managing Director of Link Consulting, where they built and managed a team of recruiters and trainers.

Ray Gibson attended Waltham Toll Bar School from 1987 to 1992, where they excelled academically and obtained straight A grades in 9 subjects for their GCSE. Following this, from 1992 to 1993, they attended Waltham Toll Bar Sixth Form and completed their A-Level in Mathematics. Finally, from 1993 to 1995, Ray studied at the University of Humberside, focusing on HND Business Studies and Personnel Management.
