Among their accomplishments, they designed the 5Ss program (ad hoc to the company), which had the purpose of organizing and classifying all the elements and/or work tools of daily use of the different areas, in order to that the office was a harmonious and more pleasant space to work. In addition, during their first year they reduced and controlled expenses on diets and fuel, through the design of a orderly and controlled planning of operations. In a similar way there was a considerable reduction in purchases of office supplies and kitchen.

Lissette Del Rosario has a Master's in Strategic Management of People and Organizational Development from ESIC Business & Marketing School and a Master's in Management and Productivity from Universidad APEC. Lissette specialize in human resources/personnel administration, general management, and productivity.
