Lissette Del Rosario

Lissette Del Rosario is currently the office manager at Fundeen. Before that, they served as office manager at Wyser from February 2017 to June 2019. Prior to that, they were office manager at Newlink from June 2006 to September 2010, where they were responsible for designing competitive policies for the administrative area (purchases, finance, IT, customer service), ensuring quality standards in each of the areas. Lissette also negotiated and identified the best suppliers for general services, managed the entry of new customers and suppliers through the creation of contracts and entries in the system, monitored the budget (office expenses, remodeling and maintenance), assisted the CEO and managing partners, as well as coordinated intercompany conference calls. In addition, they supervised the administrative and support staff (+8 people), kept the company's administrative information up to date, served as a link between the building administration and management, and coordinated and ensured that the services received by such administration were optimal and low-cost for the company. Lissette also controlled current expenses (fuel, kitchen purchases, office supplies purchases, corporate credit card, among others), supervised the financial processes of the different companies under the SAP Business One and Quickbooks Premier programs, managed bank accounts, reconciliations, availability, accounts receivable, accounts payable, invoicing to customers , projections, preparation of internal reports for senior management.

Among their accomplishments, they designed the 5Ss program (ad hoc to the company), which had the purpose of organizing and classifying all the elements and/or work tools of daily use of the different areas, in order to that the office was a harmonious and more pleasant space to work. In addition, during their first year they reduced and controlled expenses on diets and fuel, through the design of a orderly and controlled planning of operations. In a similar way there was a considerable reduction in purchases of office supplies and kitchen.

Lissette Del Rosario has a Master's in Strategic Management of People and Organizational Development from ESIC Business & Marketing School and a Master's in Management and Productivity from Universidad APEC. Lissette specialize in human resources/personnel administration, general management, and productivity.

Their manager is Nacho Bautista, CEO. Lissette Del Rosario works with Guzmán Arce - Backend Manager, Adrián Bautista - COO & Co-Founder, and Jesús Domínguez - CFO & Financial Director.
