Shane Cefalu

Shane Cefalu has a wealth of work experience. Shane began their career in 2011 as a Porter at the New York Health & Racquet Club, where they learned to manage multiple tasks and have great attention to detail. In 2014, they became a Crew Member at Five Guys Enterprises. In 2017, they worked as an Associate District Manager at ADP, helping small business owners in all aspects of Human Capital Management. That same year, they also worked as a Sales Associate at DSW. From 2018 to 2020, they worked at Yelp, first as an Associate Account Executive, then as a Junior Account Executive, and finally as an Account Executive. Currently, they are a Loan Consultant at Better, where they manage books of prospective refinance clients across the country and educates them on loan products. Shane is also responsible for the full loan origination process from application to closing. Shane helps collect and review all financial documents to insure clients' eligibility for each loan program and creates strong relationships with clients to ensure a great customer service experience. Shane will soon be transitioning to Fundera by NerdWallet as a Senior Relationship Manager.

Shane Cefalu received a Bachelor of Science in Sport and Exercise Psychology from West Virginia University between 2012 and 2016.
