Balaji Kapsikar

Balaji Kapsikar has extensive work experience in the field of information security and technology risk. Balaji currently holds the position of Head of Technology & Cyber Risk at Funding Societies Singapore, where they are responsible for establishing and implementing technology risk policies and governance processes. Balaji also develops risk management frameworks for multi-cloud environments across the APAC region.

Prior to their current role, Balaji worked as an Information & Cloud Security Consultant at HCLTech, where they evaluated and reviewed the security aspects of new cloud platforms and solutions. Balaji also conducted security risk assessments and implemented security controls for various projects.
