Omar Rebhan عمر ربحان

Omar Rebhan serves as the General Manager for Startup & VC Enablement at the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology of Saudi Arabia since November 2024. In addition, Omar is a Board Member at Funding Souq and an Advisor at fin, both since 2022, and holds the position of Founding Partner at Saudi Angel Investors since 2020. Omar has been a member of the Delivery Companies Committee at the Riyadh Chamber of Commerce & Industry from 2020 to 2024 and served on the Advisory Board of Hello World Kids from 2021 to 2023. As CEO and Board Member of Tasaru Holding from 2020 to 2023, Omar also held leadership roles at Delivery Hero from 2019 to September 2020, including VP for Hungerstation in MarCom, PR & Government Affairs. Prior experience includes various positions at the Ministry of Investment from 2017 to 2019 and founding Rebhan Product Design from 2016 to 2018, focusing on mechanical design and product development. Omar holds a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from California State University, Northridge, and completed VC Unlocked at Stanford.
