Brandon McBride, CFA, is an accomplished finance and operations executive with extensive experience in the education finance and consulting sectors. As the Chief Operating Officer at Funding U since February 2021, Brandon has guided the company's operational strategies. Previously, Brandon served as Principal at Third Founder, LLC, managing consulting services for startups and Fortune 500 companies, and held dual roles as CFO and COO at Skills Fund, driving the company’s financial and operational vision. Brandon's career includes significant positions at Fire Engine RED, Sallie Mae, and Student Aid Services, where Brandon demonstrated expertise in financial planning, credit risk management, and strategic analytics. Brandon holds an MBA in Finance from the Texas McCombs School of Business and a B.S. in Business from Pepperdine University.
