Adam J. Chaudhary

Adam J. Chaudhary is currently the President at FundingShield. Prior to this, they were with Pelican Point Investment Group, LLC and FundingShield LLC. Adam has also served as the Managing Director & Partner at Pelican Point Capital Partners, LLC from September 2013 to August 2016. Their responsibilities there included being a partner at the merchant bank and providing direct investment & co-investment, capital advisory & introduction, bridge financing, as well as debt and equity raise capabilities. Before that, they were with RBS from September 2005 to July 2013 where they were the Head of Cross Asset Solutions & Structured Funding and led structured funding as part of the Financial Institutions Group & Banks Coverage team. Adam has a focus on structured product funding, financing for loans & securities, structured credit products, ABS structures, cross border financing, and bank and insurance capital structures.

Adam J. Chaudhary is a graduate of Bentley University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and General Studies. Adam also holds a certification from the Mortgage Bankers Association in Mortgage Action Alliance Member and from the New York Institute of Finance in Credit Products and Derivatives.
