Dominic Monaghan began their work experience in 2011 at Selex Galileo, where they had a brief role. In 2013, they gained work experience at adam&eveDDB, where they were able to observe the operations of a major advertising agency and was involved in various tasks. In 2015, Monaghan worked as a bartender at The White Hart Inn for a short period of time. From 2017 to 2022, they worked at Transact as a Client Money and Asset Administrator, with responsibilities such as asset transfers, reconciliation, and compiling management information. In 2022, Monaghan joined Fundment as a Transfers & Operations Manager.

Dominic Monaghan began their education at Gable Hall School, where they completed their studies from 2007 to 2012. Following this, they attended Stanford and Corringham Sixth Form Centre from 2012 to 2014. Lastly, they enrolled at the University of Brighton in 2014 and graduated in 2017 with a Bsc (Hons) degree in Business with Finance.
