Kevin Clark has a diverse range of work experience in the finance industry. Kevin currently serves as the Chief Revenue Officer at Merchant Growth, a leading specialty finance provider in Canada. Kevin is also the Managing Partner at Merchant Opportunities Fund, where they have successfully compounded capital for investors. Additionally, Kevin is the Chief Revenue Officer at tabit, a B2B Buy Now Pay Later solution that helps suppliers offer credit terms to their buyers. Kevin has also held roles as the Chief Revenue Advisor at FundMore.ai, a platform that streamlines the Pre-Funding process for loans, and as the Strategic Advisory Board Director at Accelerated Payments Limited. Kevin has contributed to the disruption of traditional bonding and surety requirements as a Member of the Board of Advisors at PledgX. Kevin has experience in the craft beer industry as a Director at Lake of Bays Brewing Company. Furthermore, Kevin is the Founder, Chair Emeritus, and Director of the Canadian Lenders Association, a national non-profit organization advocating for access to capital. Kevin has provided advisory services to JUDI.AI and was a Co-Founder and Director at Lendified, an online lender for small businesses.

Kevin Clark attended Upper Canada College from 1970 to 1977. Kevin then went on to Western University where they completed a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from 1977 to 1980. Later, from 1983 to 1985, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) at the Ivey Business School at Western University. In 2000, Kevin Clark completed an Executive Leadership Program at the Ivey Business School at Western University.
