Abay Ibrayev

Abay Ibrayev has been working in the tech industry since 2016. In that year, they began working as an Android Developer at FinApps (Torgai App). Abay's role included development and support of the Torgai mobile application in Java and Kotlin, development of software for integrating the Torgai mobile application with external systems, and full development cycle of the Restfull API for the interaction of a mobile application with a server. In 2019, they began working as a QA Automation Engineer at POWR, where they were responsible for Cypress (Javascript) for web integration testing. Later that year, they began working as a QA Automation Engineer at Beeline Kazakhstan. In 2020, they started working as a QA Automation Engineer at Crypterium, where they were responsible for API backend test Automation (Kotlin, Gradle, Rest Assured, Cucumber + Docker) and Teamcity autotest's pipeline administration (schedule + post commit hooks). Currently, they are working as an Android QA Automation Engineer at Hyprr, where their responsibilities include Mobile Test Automation from scratch (Kotlin + Kaspresso) and Teamcity autotest's pipeline administration. Abay is set to begin working as a QA Automation Engineer at Fundraise Up in 2022.

Abay Ibrayev attended Suleyman Demirel University from 2014 to 2018, where they earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science.
