Senior Business Development Representative at Fundraise Up

Courtney Robinson has worked in a variety of roles since 2015. Courtney began their career as an intern for the March of Dimes, where they contacted businesses for services, served as a liaison between donors and the organization, assisted in organizing events, and reached out to the public for support. Robinson then worked as a Sales Associate for Geppetto's Toy Store, where they assisted customers in trying products, the purchase experience, and maintaining an organized work environment. In 2019, they began working as a Kennel Technician for Canine Discovery Center, bathing, drying, trimming nails, cleaning ears, walking, and feeding dogs along with the general upkeep of facilities. Courtney also worked as a Server for McGuires Irish Pub of Destin. In 2020, Robinson worked as an Operations Volunteer for Fuel Relief Fund, increasing engagement between the organization and its stakeholder and donor base, improving social media presence, and developing the organization's online crowdfunding campaign. Courtney also worked as a Disaster Management Volunteer for All Hands and Hearts, collaborating with a team conducting disaster relief protocol for community homes and schools. Currently, Robinson is working as a Senior Business Development Representative and Business Development Representative for Fundraise Up. Prior to this, they were an Agency Relations and CSFP Coordinator for Feeding the Gulf Coast, acting as a liaison between the organization and the agencies it partners with in order to ensure efficiency and compliance in the distribution of food.

Courtney Robinson has a diverse educational background. Courtney attended King's College London from 2020 to 2022, where they obtained a Master of Arts degree in International Affairs. From 2016 to 2019, they attended Penn State University, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Global and International Studies, Geography, and English. Courtney also attended the University of Leeds, Northwest Florida State College, Grossmont College, and San Diego Mesa College, though they did not obtain a degree from any of these institutions. Additionally, Robinson has obtained various certifications, such as the Humanitarian Response to Conflict and Disaster from HarvardX, Public Health in Humanitarian Crises 1 from John Hopkins University - Coursera, Nonviolent Action Micro Course from United States Institute of Peace, Leave No Trace: Take Action to Protect the Outdoors from Leave No Trace Center For Outdoor Ethics, and Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED from the American Red Cross.
