Alaina Herman

Alaina Herman has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Alaina started their career as an intern at Devaney & Durkin in 2011. Alaina then joined KPMG US in 2013, where they worked as an Associate and later as a Senior Associate until 2015. Alaina then moved to L Brands as a Senior Accountant for a brief period before returning to KPMG US in 2016 as a Senior Associate. In 2017, they joined KPMG Nederland as a Supervisor and later as an Assistant Manager until 2019. After that, Alaina took on the role of Audit Manager and eventually became a Senior Audit Manager at KPMG US. Their most recent position is with Fundrise, where they currently hold the role of Senior Manager, Accounting and will progress to the role of Director, Corporate Accounting & Reporting in 2023.

Alaina Herman attended The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business from 2008 to 2012, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Accounting. Alaina also obtained a CPA certification in 2014.
