Jay Fialkowski

Jay Fialkowski has extensive work experience in the software engineering field. Jay is currently working as a Lead Software Engineer at Fundrise since October 2022. Prior to that, Jay worked at CapTech Consulting from February 2021 to September 2022, where they held the role of Software Engineering Manager. Before that, they worked as a Senior Consultant at CapTech Consulting from March 2017 to February 2021. Jay's earlier experience includes working as a Software Engineer at Tata Consultancy Services from September 2015 to March 2017.

Jay Fialkowski obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science with a minor in Management from the University at Buffalo, where they studied from 2011 to 2015. Jay also holds an AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification from Amazon Web Services, which they obtained in January 2022.
