Louis Rothstein

Louis Rothstein began their work experience in 2013 as a Research Analyst at The Clearing House. Louis then joined Zeta Beta Tau, where they served as Vice President and later became President. In 2015, Louis interned as a Real Estate Consultant at Deloitte Transactions and Business Analytics LLP. Louis also held the position of Vice President of Risk Management at the Indiana University Interfraternity Council during that time. In 2016, Louis joined Deloitte full-time as a Real Estate Associate, working on various valuation and analysis projects. After three years at Deloitte, they joined Cadre as an Asset Management Analyst and later became a Senior Manager of Data & Portfolio Analytics. Currently, Louis is working at Fundrise as the Lead Product Manager for Real Estate Technology.

Louis Rothstein's education history includes a Bachelor of Science in Business with a focus on Management, Finance, and Real Estate from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business. Louis also attended Winston Churchill High School. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including Real Estate Management Program: Finance, Design, and Leadership from Harvard Business School in 2022, Applying Data Science & Machine Learning to Real Estate from PropertyQuants in 2021, Python Programming from General Assembly in 2021, Design Databases With PostgreSQL Skill Path from Codecademy in 2021, SQL Level I, SQL Level II, and SQL Level III from Noble Desktop in 2020.
