Pratapa Reddy

Pratapa Reddy started their career at Intel Corporation in 2001 as a Senior Software Engineer. Pratapa then joined Broadcom in 2004, where they held multiple roles including Principal/Sr Staff Software Engineer, Technical Lead/Manager, and Sr Principal Software Engineer. At Broadcom, their work focused on 802.11 WLAN device driver development. In 2014, they moved to Pure Storage as a Software Engineer, contributing to all-flash storage array software development. In 2016, Pratapa joined Fungible, Inc. and served as the Sr. Software Development Manager, overseeing the design and development of next-generation data center networking and disaggregated storage solutions. Pratapa later became the Director of Software Development and eventually took on the role of Sr. Director, Software Development. Throughout their career, Pratapa has gained expertise in areas such as Flash Controller Firmware, NVMe, and storage architecture.

Pratapa Reddy obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Osmania University during the years 1994 to 1998. Following that, they pursued a Master's degree in Computer Science and Information Technology from IIT Kharagpur from 1999 to 2001. In addition to their formal education, Pratapa Reddy obtained a certification in "Presenting Technical Information with Stories" from LinkedIn in December 2021.
