Tero Marttila

Tero Marttila's work experience includes several roles in various companies. Tero started their career as a Trainee at Nokia in 2005 and later worked as a Student Network Administrator at Päivölän Kansanopisto in 2006. Tero also worked as a Software Developer at Futurice in 2008, 2010, and 2011. In 2013, Tero worked as a Site Reliability Engineer Intern at Google. From 2014 to 2016, they served as a Master's Thesis Worker and Research Assistant at Aalto University, where they focused on Docker/container platform networking and experimental TCP protocol research. Tero then joined Kontena in 2016 as a Software Developer, specializing in developing a Docker container orchestration platform. From 2018, Tero has been working at Funidata Oy as a DevOps Specialist. In addition, they have also held different roles at Päivölän Kansanopisto, including Systems Administrator and Lead Network Administrator, where they were responsible for the campus network and IT infrastructure.
