Maike Penzek

Maike Penzek has a diverse work experience in the media and entertainment industry. Maike started their career in 2011 as an Artist Manager at Guerilla Entertainment GmbH. In 2012, they worked as a Redaktion/Produktion at Bayerischer Rundfunk. In 2014, they had a short-term role as a Brand Partnership at Warner Music Group Germany Holding GmbH. From 2015 to 2018, they worked at Studio71, LP as a Conceptioner Branded Entertainment and later as a Senior Creative. Since 2019, they have been working at funk - Content-Netzwerk von ARD und ZDF, initially as a Format Developer & Editor and currently as the Head of Content at ZDF.

Maike Penzek completed a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Music Business from Popakademie Baden-Württemberg between the years 2010 and 2013.
