Henri van Engelen

Henri Van Engelen is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the IT and software sectors. Currently serving as the Chairman of the Board at Xylos and Hoplr, and as a Strategic Advisor at Funkey, Henri has held prominent leadership roles across various companies, including independent directorships at Efficy and previously as Managing Director at Wolters Kluwer Tax & Accounting Europe. Their notable achievements include facilitating significant growth, spearheading numerous acquisitions, and driving transformational changes within organizations. Henri's earlier career features leadership positions at Realdolmen, Atos Origin, and IBM, where strategic developments led to successful market positions. An alumnus of Vrije Universiteit Brussel with a Master's in Engineering, Henri also holds a Certificate in Corporate Governance from INSEAD.
