Ashley Birch-Ruffell

Ashley Birch-Ruffell is an experienced marketing professional currently serving as the Head of Brand Marketing at FUNKIN COCKTAILS | B Corp™ since March 2024. Previously, Ashley held the position of Global Senior Brand Manager for McVitie's at pladis Global from July 2021 to March 2024 and worked at PepsiCo as Brand Manager for Walkers Sunbites & Value Snacks from June 2020 to May 2021. A significant tenure at Mondelēz International spanned from September 2015 to May 2020, where Ashley worked in various roles including Shopper Marketing Manager and National Customer Account Management. Prior to this, Ashley established a freelance design agency and gained valuable experience in brand management and marketing through internships and participation in Procter & Gamble’s Commercial Careers Academy. Ashley holds a BA (Hons) in Industrial Design from Loughborough University and has experience in product innovation from time spent in Boots UK’s New Product Development Team.
