Andy Clempson

Andy Clempson has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Andy currently holds the position of Senior Regional Director Asia at Funko Far East, a position they started in November 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Mattel Asia Pacific as the Head of Regional Sales APAC from September 2020 to November 2022.

From 2016 to 2020, Andy served as the Chief Sales Officer at Rochdale Spears Group. Andy also worked as a Sales and Marketing Business Advisor at QUARTIC CAPITAL PARTNERS and owner of A.C.BUSINESS ADVICE from January 2016 to September 2016.

Earlier in their career, Andy held various roles at Mattel, Inc. Toys. Andy was the Sales / Commercial Director for Regional Accounts Europe from June 2013 to January 2016, the Business Director for Tesco UK and Central Europe from an unspecified time to June 2013, and the General Sales Manager for Mattel UK from an unspecified time to 2011.

Before joining Mattel, Andy worked at Hasbro as the Commercial Development Director and Sales Director for the UK and Hong Kong markets from an unspecified time to 2005. Andy also served as the National Account Controller for Off Trade Grocery and Convenience at Bacardi/William Grant Spirits (First Drinks Brands) from an unspecified time to 2001.

Andy started their career at Scottish and Newcastle (Heineken) in 1993, where they held various Sales and Trade Marketing roles until 1997.

Andy Clempson holds a BA (Hons) degree in History and Politics from the University of Essex. Additionally, they have obtained certifications from the Institute of Training and Development as well as the Wines and Spirit Education Trust.
