Kevin Pinel

Vice President Of Logistics at Funko

Kevin Pinel has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Kevin began their career at The Home Depot, where they held various positions in international logistics, including Senior Manager and Manager. During their time at The Home Depot, they managed operational scope, established foreign trade zones, and developed executive-level metrics packages.

After their tenure at The Home Depot, Kevin joined the U.S. Customs and Border Protection as a Member of the Commercial Customs Operations Advisory Committee (COAC). In this role, they advised on rules governing customs tariffs and controls in the technology, software, and devices industry.

Kevin then transitioned to Microsoft, where they held multiple roles in trade technology, solutions, and processes. Kevin led system redesign projects, established relationships with trade regulatory agencies, and implemented import and export automation initiatives.

Most recently, Kevin joined Funko as the Vice President of Logistics. Kevin has held roles such as Director of International Logistics & Global Trade and Director of Global Trade Compliance. In these positions, they designed and executed trade compliance functions and strategies, developed trade processes and procedures, and delivered executive-level metrics and reports.

Throughout their career, Kevin has demonstrated expertise in trade compliance, logistics, and global trade operations.

Kevin Pinel has an MBA in International Business & Finance from Georgia State University - J. Mack Robinson College of Business. Kevin also holds a BS in Management from Georgia Tech Scheller College of Business. In addition to their degrees, Kevin has obtained a Customs Broker License from U.S. Customs and Border Protection and a Six Sigma Green Belt (CSSGB) certification from The Home Depot.
