Sascha Hummel

Sascha Hummel currently serves as Director of Product Management and Business Development at Funkwerk Systems GmbH, a position held since November 2023. Hummel has also been a member of the Board of Directors at Kloster Allerheiligen GmbH since April 2018 and operates as a business owner at Frei Wild Lecker since April 2012. Previous roles include Product Manager for Odometry & Sensoric at HaslerRail AG from January 2019 to July 2023, and extensive experience at Bombardier Transportation from April 2004 to December 2018 as Product Owner for Odometer, Sensors, and Vital IO, along with project management responsibilities for various systems. Earlier experience includes lecturing at the University of Applied Sciences Offenburg and working at Fraunhofer ipa. Sascha Hummel holds a Diplom degree from Offenburg University of Applied Sciences and has additional education from the University of Stuttgart.
