Amanda Blanco is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in branding, marketing, and graphic design. Currently serving as Brand Manager at Uba Home and Email Marketing Specialist at Upraising since November and October 2023 respectively, Amanda has also held the position of Brand Manager at Funky Fat Foods since November 2020. Prior experience includes the role of Communication Manager at ESN Barcelona UB, where responsibilities included planning social media campaigns and managing a team. Additionally, Amanda worked as a freelance graphic designer, creating visual identities and content for various clients. Amanda's early career includes a brief tenure at Leo Burnett focusing on advertisement design. Amanda holds a Bachelor of Arts in Design and Applied Arts from Universitat de Barcelona and an International Baccalaureate Diploma.

Funky Fat Foods was born with the mission to bring healthy fats back to our lifestyles, one snack at a time. Founder Louisa Bakker, along with chefs and nutritionists, has been working for years to create delicious, functional snacks that include all the benefits of healthy fats whilst being low carb. We accomplish this goal by keeping our ingredients clean and our products free from artificial ingredients. For decades, many of us were fed the idea that fats were bad and we want to put an end to this nonsense. Well, all we can say is: Don’t blame the fat for what the sugar did. Our chocolates were designed to provide you with the nutrients you need on your low-carb, ketogenic journey: healthy fats! Our products are free of sugar, soy, gluten, or any other junk. Since 2018, we’ve been sharing our keto chocolates with thousands of happy customers all over the world. And this is just the beginning. Funky Fat Foods comes together thanks to our team of community-minded individuals who are passionate about achieving optimal health themselves but also, helping others reach it as well. Our minds and hearts are on impacting the overall wellness of our diverse communities through constant learning, growth, and having fun in what we do.
