Jessica Falzon has held various marketing and eCommerce roles in companies such as Funlab Pty Ltd, La Noir Saddleworld, and Brookleigh Estate. Jessica is currently a Researcher Phd Candidate at the University of Southern Queensland, investigating the impact of Social Identity on civic participation & volunteering in rural communities. Previously, Jessica has also worked in accreditation services for the ICC T20 World Cup, as a Cast Coordinator for the Gold Coast 2018 Commonwealth Games, and in various administrative and supervisory roles. Jessica holds a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Social Identity & Civic Participation in Rural Communities from the University of Southern Queensland.
