Brandon Cestrone

Brandon Cestrone has been working in the field of customer success since 2012. Brandon'scareer began at Young Americans for Liberty, where they held the positions of Development Executive and Northeast Field Director and Director of Data. In 2014, they moved to the Charles Koch Institute as a Program Coordinator and Learning Consultant, where they were responsible for designing learning experiences that impacted people's lives. Brandon then moved to Homesnap in 2018, where they held the positions of Senior Industry Education Architect, Training Manager, and Training Program Manager. In 2020, they co-founded EDU Fellowship and in 2021 they founded CS Insider, which provides advice, stories, and resources to Customer Success professionals. Brandon also took on the role of Senior Customer Success Manager at Funnel, where they created the company's first customer health score framework and onboarded and implemented customers with complex workflows and integration needs. In 2021, they became a Strategic Advisor for Customer Success and Growth at MemoryFox and AhoyTeam, respectively. Brandon is currently a Strategic Advisor for Growth at With Labs, starting in 2022.

Brandon Cestrone attended Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania from 2004 to 2012, where they earned a Master of Arts (M.A.) in History.
