Payal Jain is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in technology and leadership roles. Currently, Payal serves as the CEO and Founder of Funngro, a company focused on experiential learning for teenagers with parental involvement, since November 2021. Prior to this, Payal held the position of Customer Success Director at Worldline Global from January 2019 to January 2022, where innovative payment solutions were implemented to drive business growth. As an Account Service Delivery Manager at Syntel from June 2010 to March 2018, responsibilities included managing large-scale tech platform migrations in the BFSI domain. Earlier career roles included Project Lead at Capgemini Consulting, Senior Software Engineer at Wipro Technologies, and Software Engineer at CSC. Payal holds a Senior Management Programme in Business Analytics from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from MIT Mandsaur.
