Guillaume Richard has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Guillaume began their career at DuPont in 2003 as a Customer Service Agent, providing excellent customer service and handling inquiries and issues for consumer products. Guillaume then worked at Christofle as a Marketing Assistant, where they conducted market and pricing surveys and developed marketing strategies. In 2004, they joined Nintendo of Europe GmbH as a Video Game Tester, ensuring quality assurance and testing of French versions of Nintendo games.
From 2004 to 2011, Guillaume worked at Blizzard Entertainment Ireland Limited, starting as a Billing Support Agent and later becoming a Senior Account Administrator. Guillaume also served as a Senior Customer Support Representative, where they participated in the development of the team and individuals, monitored quality assurance, and provided coaching and mentoring support.
In 2011, Guillaume joined PopCap Games as a Customer Support Team Lead, where they managed a high volume of incoming inquiries and provided Tier 1 resolutions and Tier 2 escalations. Guillaume also coordinated projects and activities of the Customer Support and Community Management team.
From 2011 to 2015, Guillaume worked at ZeniMax Online Studios as a Quality Manager, where they developed and managed the quality audit program for customer service teams. Guillaume also served as a CS Assistant Manager and a Game Support Lead, providing leadership and direction to teams of Game Support Representatives.
In 2015, Guillaume joined Uber as a Community Operations Manager, where they led and managed France-level teams of community support representatives and transformed support systems to drive value for the company.
From 2016 to 2018, Guillaume worked at gumi Europe as a Lead Community Manager, and from 2019 to 2020, they were a Community Manager at Scopely. In these roles, they developed strategies for community engagement, created highly engaging content across social platforms, and formed relationships with online influencers.
Currently, Guillaume is employed at FunPlus as the Head of Community Management and as a Senior Marketing Manager. In these roles, they oversee community management initiatives, implements social media and communication campaigns, and monitors feedback and online reviews.
Guillaume Richard (纪尧姆) started their education in 1996 at Ecole Supérieure Notre Dame de Grandchamp where they pursued a degree in Commerce International. Guillaume completed this program in 1999 and then proceeded to join 3iS - Institut International de l’image et du son. Guillaume studied Cinématographie et production de films / vidéos and obtained a Brevet de Technicien Supérieur de l’audiovisuel in 2002.
